HealthIT.gov has created a site where physicians and practice managers can go to see when their EHR vendor will be charging them for add-ons. Of course this does not include the additional costs of down time, implementation, upgrade challenges etc. But for what it is worth, a general outline of what’s included can be found here. LINK
