Keith Hostetler
Keith HostetlerCEO & Founder
Keith completed a BS in Pharmacy at The Ohio State University and also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and taught medical office finance at the University of Akron. In 1999 Mr. Hostetler founded Hostetler Management Group. He is a member of MGMA and is certified through the ACMPE. His tenure with physician practices includes managing, budgeting, assuring compliance, and general operations for a 25-physician multi-specialty group, while also providing consulting services to solo primary care physicians., LLC. from the same.
Rachel Lee
Rachel LeeHealthcare Systems Coder
Rachel serves as a coder for Hostetler Management Group and has previous experience working for a consultant as well as experience coding for hospital services. In addition to her work with HMG, Rachel continues to work at Joel Pomerene Hospital as a Medical Coder for both in-patient and out-patient services. Rachel will be working to help all of our clients with their coding needs. Rachel also served as the Social Services Director at The Laurels of Mount Vernon and Hennis Care Centre of Dover. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ashland University.
Loretta Robinson
Loretta RobinsonBilling Specialist
Loretta serves as the Insurance Claim and Billing Specialist for Hostetler Management Group and has over 20 years of experience in in roles such as medical receptionist, billing and insurance claim processing. Prior to joining our staff, Loretta worked in supervisory roles in both billing and front desk staff management for several practices. She resides in Massillon with her husband and 2 kids. Her family is very active in both their local church and with Massillon Christian School.
Erin Leonardi MA
Erin Leonardi MAConsultant
Erin provides daily practice management and consulting with an expertise in primary care. Erin’s years of experience dealing with human resource challenges, staffing, scheduling and higher education bring a unique perspective to the medical practice. Skills in organizational development coupled with day to day office management experience enable her to listen and assist busy practice managers. She can provide assistance in high level HR discussions and detailed information on QuickBooks and other office management systems. She is familiar with Allscripts EMR systems as well as accounting and time management systems. Erin holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Geneva College.
Abby Kuwatch
Abby KuwatchQuality and Data Consultant
Abby serves as a clinical data analyst with Hostetler Management Group with over 15 years of experience.

Current projects include optimizing value based reimbursement and quality scores.

Prior to working for HMG, Abby worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Loving Hands Preschool. She also previously worked in the health care field as a project coordinator for Mount Carmel Health Plan and a data/contract analyst for both Healthscope Benefits, Inc. and Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Akron. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Ohio University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Services Management from Franklin University.

Kathy Thut
Kathy ThutAdmin Assistant
Kathy is an administrative assistant for Hostetler Management Group. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Walsh University. She is a youth group leader at her church, a 4H advisor, and has coached volleyball for many years. Kathy, her husband and their five children live on a farm outside of Smithville.
